Pursuant to the requirements of the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) Section 102(a) (1), we are proud to provide the following information related to the manufacture of the items you ordered.

 

OMI certifies that all of our products are packaged and labeled in accordance with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) as outlined in 16 C.F.R. Part 1500 and as administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).  This includes, but is not restricted to, all applicable rules set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
